Eviction Coverage
We are so confident in our tenant screening, if a screened tenant placed by Falcon ever has to be evicted, we will be responsible for the attorney, filing and Sheriff costs associated with the eviction process, up to $1,000.
Pet Damage Coverage
For any pet that we approve, we guarantee our owners up to $2,500 in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers and normal wear and tear.
No Minimum or Hidden Fees
If we don’t collect rent, you do not pay a management fee. We do not charge a minimum and are equally motivated to collect rent on time as you are. We offer straight forward pricing, with no hidden fees. It is that easy!
Leasing Fee Coverage
If a resident breaks their lease within the initial term, you would not be responsible for the leasing fee to re-lease the property. Confirmed Military relocations are not included and are subject to SCRA requirements.
